Information
W.FL connector is made by Hirose, and is equivalent of IPEX MHF III/ MHF 3 connector. Hirose W.FL cable connector can be terminated with 0.81mm RF cable to be W.FL pigtail or W.FL cable for RF signal transmission.
Hirose W.FL connector is designed to have 1.5mm max. mated height. W.FL connector has silver plating and can provide stable performance from 0 to 6GHz. Nowadays, W.FL cable assembly and W.FL receptacle are commonly used in space limited device like smart phone, PDA, NB, many portable products.
The Equivalent of Hirose W.FL connector is available. The most compatible one is IPEX MHF III/ MHF 2 connector. Having same working performance but lower cost and shorter lead time, IPEX MHF III/ MHF 3 cable has be commonly accepted and used.
