MMCX Straight Crimp Plug for RG174,RG316

MMCX Straight Crimp Plug for RG174,RG316

Information

MMCX connector is one kind of RF connectors. This MMCX connector is plug/ male and straight type. It’s designed to terminate with RF Coaxial Cable by crimping to be MMCX adaptor RF cable. The applicable RF coax cable is RG174/ RG316/ RG188/ LMR100 RF coaxial cable. It is gold plating and 50 ohm impendence.

MMCX connector is small size in RF connector. MMCX Connector’s mating is snap-on type. Besides, MMCX plug/ male crimp series have straight and right angle outlook. MMCX Connector commonly is used for 0~3GHz. If you need higher working frequency or any special request about RF connector & RF cable, just please free to contact us.

MMCX connector plug straight crimp type can be terminated with RG174/ RG316/ RG188/ LMR100 RF coaxial Cable to be RF Cable assembly and charge in transmitting RF Signal in telecommunications. MMCX RF connector is most commonly used in GPS/GSM Antenna (internal or external) or GPS/GSM application these kinds of RF connectors industries.

Cable Assembly

Cable assembly Instructions Crimp type

Assembly Instructions: Step1 Step1. All parts of MMCX connector are shown as the top line.

Assembly Instructions: Step2 Step2. Strip the RG174 into center conductor, insulator, shielding three parts per recommended stripping dimension shown in connector spec.

Step3. Slide the ferrule onto the cable jacket.

Assembly Instructions: Step3 Step4. Put the center conductor into the contact pin of MMCX plug and then solder through the hole.

Assembly Instructions: Step4 Step5. Put the contact pin into main body until it stops and then spread out the shielding onto the knurled part and then

Assembly Instructions: Step5 Step6. Slide the ferrule over the shielding, and proceed the first open-short test to make sure signal can transmit well.

Assembly Instructions: Step6 Step7. Crimp the ferrule to let it become tighter.

Assembly Instructions: Step7 Step8. Wear the heat shrink onto the ferrule and then shrink it.

Step9. Do the open-short test of every cable assembly before QC examination.
