MCX connector is bigger than MMCX connector but smaller than SMB connector in RF connectors this big family. This MCX connector is plug/ male and right angle/ RA type with gold plating, but 75 ohm impendence. This MCX right angle plug is available for 75 ohm coax cable like RG179/ RG187/ Belden 9221 and RGD179.
MCX connector’s snap-on mating can get quick connect and quick disconnect function. MCX connector is low cost but with high quality. 75 ohm MCX Connector commonly is used for 0~3GHz.
